luggage help please!?
My carry on bag has to be 19″x15″x11.
BUT the carry on bag I am planning to bring is (length)13x(width)8x(height) 20, excluding the wheels. Every dimension is under the specification except for the height. Is it still okay?
Also, can a tote bag be considered as a personal item? 12×14x3 are the dimensions.
